Legal Manager – Labour Law Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Manager with deep expertise in labour legislation to guide our organization through complex regulatory environments across the Middle East. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with Jordanian, UAE and Egyptian labour laws while supporting HR and business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance related to Jordanian labour laws.
• Support compliance with UAE labour regulations.
• Review and advise on employment contracts, policies, and HR practices.
• Ensure organizational alignment with local legal requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on legal and compliance matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• 4–5 years of professional experience in employment or labour law.

Required skills

• Strong expertise in Egyptian labour laws.
• Working knowledge of UAE labour laws.
• Ability to interpret and apply legal frameworks in business contexts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
