Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for Almond Coffee House Group, a bakery and specialty coffee roastery based in Amman. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on driving foot traffic, increasing brand awareness, and delivering memorable in‑store experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Manage the company’s social media presence, create engaging content, and schedule posts using appropriate tools.
• Plan and execute in‑store promotions, events, and customer‑engagement initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse market trends, and produce regular reports for decision‑making.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and external vendors to ensure brand consistency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing strategy and campaign management, preferably in food & beverage or hospitality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
