Mental Health Sales Coordinator – Remote

About the role

Wellnite is expanding access to mental health care across the United States and needs a dedicated Remote Mental Health Sales Coordinator. In this role you will guide prospective patients through the onboarding process, match them with licensed providers, and help them take the first step toward therapy.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with prospective patients via phone, SMS, and other channels.
• Guide patients through registration, onboarding, and appointment booking.
• Match patients with providers based on needs, availability, and preferences.
• Handle inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
• Maintain accurate notes, schedules, and patient information across systems.
• Monitor open conversations and ensure timely follow‑ups and resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient coordination and provider matching.
• Navigate multiple systems and tools efficiently while staying organized.

• Strong sales mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Empathetic, patient‑focused, and solution‑oriented.
• Comfortable handling calls, multitasking, and working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Highly organized with good planning and prioritization abilities.
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and accountable in a remote work setting.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Stable internet connection, computer/laptop, quiet workspace, and headset.
