Mid-Level Web Developer (React 18/19 & .NET MVC)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Mid‑Level Web Developer to join our team in Amman. The role focuses on building responsive front‑end applications with React and robust back‑end services using ASP.NET MVC.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React 18/19.
• Design, implement, and enhance backend systems with ASP.NET MVC (.NET Framework / .NET Core).
• Create, document, and optimise RESTful APIs and web services.
• Work with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases for data modelling, complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code while performing debugging and performance optimisation.
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions and conduct code reviews.
• Support deployment, testing, and production environments, including on‑site client visits for system deployment and troubleshooting.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional web development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a bilingual environment.

Required skills

• React 18/19, hooks, context API, component lifecycle.
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Redux or Context API for state management.
• ASP.NET MVC, Web API development.NET Framework.NET Core.
• Authentication and authorization mechanisms, JSON services.
• Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database (plus), complex queries, stored procedures, indexing, performance tuning.
• Version control with Microsoft Azure DevOps and Git.
• Basic DevOps / CI‑CD knowledge.
