Network Engineer Internship

About the role

Kick‑start your career in networking with a hands‑on internship. You will work alongside the Network team to gain practical experience in network operations, troubleshooting, and customer‑impacting services.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot network connectivity and service issues, identify root causes and support resolution.
• Monitor network performance and proactively flag potential problems.
• Work with routers, switches, firewalls and other network equipment.
• Apply routing, switching and MPLS knowledge in real‑world scenarios.
• Gain exposure to microwave (MW) and fiber transmission technologies.
• Handle network monitoring systems, technical tickets and support installations, configurations, upgrades and migrations.
• Collaborate with team members and third‑parties to investigate and resolve issues.
• Maintain and update network documentation, diagrams and configuration records.

Required profile

• CCNA (Routing & Switching) certification or completed CCNA training.
• Basic understanding of networking, MPLS and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with microwave and fiber technologies.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with customers and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
