Onboarding Officer

About the role

We are seeking an Onboarding Officer to ensure a smooth and engaging entry experience for new hires. The role will manage all pre‑employment activities, documentation, and orientation sessions, helping new employees integrate quickly into the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end onboarding from offer acceptance to the employee’s start date.
• Conduct new‑hire orientation and onboarding sessions.
• Manage employment documentation and keep HR systems up to date.
• Collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to guarantee onboarding readiness.
• Support new hires throughout their onboarding journey and address any queries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal requirements.
• Collect feedback and continuously improve the onboarding process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years focused on onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, onboarding processes, and employment regulations.

Required skills

• Experience with SAP HR or other ERP systems.
