Performance Media Buyer

About the role

Blue Mark Agency is seeking a Performance Media Buyer to lead paid‑media initiatives for its clients. Based in Amman, you will design, launch and continuously optimise campaigns across Meta, Google and other performance‑driven platforms, ensuring maximum return on ad spend.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads and additional performance platforms.
• Manage daily budgets, adjust bids and refine targeting to meet KPI objectives.
• Analyse performance data, generate reports and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with account managers, creatives and strategists to align media plans with client goals.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates, industry trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Strong background in performance marketing and media buying.
• Proven experience in an agency environment or managing multi‑client campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
