Recreational Services Associate

About the role

The Recreational Services Associate supports daily operations of the Morale Welfare & Recreation (MWR) center, lounge/bar, learning resource center, theater, and related facilities. The role combines customer service, bar operations, basic maintenance, inventory control, and event support to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cashier, bartending, and customer service duties across all recreational venues.
• Maintain cleanliness, conduct basic repairs, and manage inventory of supplies, equipment, and alcoholic beverages.
• Set up and break down government‑furnished equipment for events, tours, and cultural activities.
• Provide complimentary snacks, manage bottled water stocking, and ensure proper refrigeration.
• Monitor and escort LN workforce according to 332 AEWI and AFCENTI 32‑1002 regulations, obtaining required escort badge.
• Track and issue CAC equipment to guests, maintaining accurate records.
• Complete all Vectrus and Government‑required training courses and adhere to time‑reporting procedures.

Required profile

• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to follow safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain an escort badge and comply with military‑related procedures.
• Reliability in completing training, reporting, and property safeguarding duties.
