Restaurant Manager – Hotel Dining Outlet

About the role

Join Hilton’s hotel team in Amman as an Outlet Manager, responsible for the daily operation of a dining outlet. You will create memorable guest experiences while leading a high‑performing team in a vibrant hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of outlet operations, including guest service standards, product quality, inventory, cost controls, budgeting and policy enforcement.
• Monitor service and product quality, assess guest satisfaction, resolve issues and identify continuous‑improvement opportunities.
• Supervise, coach and mentor team members, conduct performance evaluations and foster professional development.
• Implement marketing, up‑selling and promotional initiatives to drive food‑and‑beverage revenue and profitability.
• Lead recruitment, interview candidates and train new staff to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.

• Experience working in Amman is required.
