Restaurant Operations Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

Club Feast is a venture‑backed corporate catering platform that partners with local restaurants to deliver high‑quality meals to companies across the United States. We are looking for a Restaurant Operations Coordinator to own the day‑to‑day execution of restaurant partnerships and ensure every order meets our standards. This fully remote position works during U.S. business hours and sits at the intersection of coordination, quality control, and live operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily order execution with restaurant partners and act as the primary point of contact for same‑day issues.
• Monitor food quality, packaging, temperature and presentation, flagging and resolving any issues before orders are dispatched.
• Support forecasting and capacity planning, aligning restaurant menus and offerings with client demand.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with restaurant partners, driving accountability while fostering collaboration.
• Assist with menu setup, pricing updates and ensure offerings meet operational and cost standards.
• Track recurring issues, analyze operational trends and propose improvements to leadership.

Required profile

• Experience in fast‑paced operational or restaurant coordination environments.
• Strong judgment and ability to anticipate and resolve real‑time issues.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Comfort working remotely while supporting U.S. business hours.
