Sales Supervisor – Lead and Coach Sales Team

About the role

The Sales Supervisor (TDS) will grow the customer base and strengthen existing relationships by leading, coaching, and motivating a sales team. You will act as the voice of customers within the organization and ensure the team meets company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Set individualized targets for each team member aligned with overall company goals.
• Review weekly performance, implement corrective actions, and monitor progress.
• Onboard, train, and develop new and existing sales staff to maintain a high‑performing force.
• Ensure 100% completion of the Advantage Territory University program and track daily progress.
• Lead problem‑solving initiatives, conduct field visits, and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain detailed records of market tours, cooler counts, and customer visits.
• Communicate trade offers, campaigns, and company programs promptly to customers.
• Handle customer complaints received through the Customer Service Center and ensure timely resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 4–6 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal command of English and Arabic.
• Valid driving licence.
