Senior Architect – Lead High-End Residential & Commercial Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead high‑end residential and commercial projects from concept through construction. The role combines strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and leadership to deliver detailed, premium‑quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept, design development, documentation to on‑site execution.
• Manage and mentor architectural and design teams.
• Oversee technical drawings, detailing, quality, budgets, and constructability.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Specify premium materials, finishes, and custom details.
• Lead client presentations and translate requirements into refined design solutions.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

Required profile

• 8–10+ years of professional architectural experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Strong portfolio of high‑end, detail‑driven projects.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Leadership, spatial planning, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Registered/Licensed Architect preferred.
