Senior Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist

About the role

Mezete, a fast‑growing international food brand, is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing & E‑Commerce Specialist to accelerate brand growth, consumer engagement and online sales across key markets. The role combines performance‑marketing expertise with strong commercial awareness and analytical thinking.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and markets, supporting product launches, seasonal promotions and brand‑building initiatives.
• Plan, launch, manage and optimise paid media campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Manage campaign budgets, maximise ROI and continuously improve targeting, bidding, creatives and audience segmentation.
• Support online sales growth on e‑commerce and marketplace channels, working with distributors and retail partners to enhance digital visibility.
• Track and analyse campaign and website performance using GA4 and other digital analytics tools; produce regular performance reports and actionable insights.
• Identify, coordinate and monitor influencer and content‑creator collaborations aligned with target audiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing and performance‑marketing roles, preferably in consumer‑goods or food sectors.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to translate data into business‑driving recommendations.
• Excellent analytical thinking with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, external agencies, distributors and e‑commerce partners.
