Senior Human Resources Officer

About the role

Tahboub is looking for an experienced Senior Human Resources Officer to join its Human Resources and Administration Department. The role combines payroll management, recruitment, and employee onboarding to ensure smooth HR operations across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate and prepare monthly payroll using the MENAItech system.
• Review attendance, leave, deductions, overtime and other payroll‑related data before finalizing payroll.
• Monitor employee attendance and enforce compliance with company policies.
• Advertise job vacancies, manage incoming applications and coordinate interview processes.
• Review annual recruitment plans and follow up on staffing requirements.
• Communicate job offers to candidates and manage onboarding and orientation procedures.
• Ensure new employees receive and understand their job descriptions, duties and responsibilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant HR experience, including payroll processing.
• Strong communication, analytical and decision‑making abilities.
• Leadership qualities, attention to detail and ability to maintain employee confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MENAItech payroll system.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
