Senior Sales Consultant - Life Insurance

About the role

Delta Insurance, one of Jordan's first insurance companies, is looking for a Senior Sales Consultant for life insurance. The role centres on building lasting client relationships, introducing tailored life insurance solutions to prospects and meeting sales targets. The company offers a base salary plus performance-based incentives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target leads through cold calls, networking and outdoor/field meetings.
• Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients' financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.
• Build strong, positive relationships with clients to foster trust, satisfaction and loyalty.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets on a monthly basis.
• Work with the sales team to refine strategies and improve the customer experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products and best practices in life insurance sales.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in life insurance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Valid driver's license and access to a car.

Required skills

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new tools such as CRM and data entry.
