Technical Support Engineer

About the role

Classera is seeking a motivated Technical Support Engineer to join its fast‑growing EdTech team. You will play a key part in supporting clients, troubleshooting platform issues, and contributing to continuous improvements of the learning super‑platform.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain small features and enhancements for the platform.
• Troubleshoot and fix PHP‑related bugs and issues.
• Work with MySQL databases, APIs, roles, and permissions.
• Handle customer support tickets within defined SLAs.
• Investigate and resolve technical and functional system issues in collaboration with activation and development teams.
• Follow up on reported issues with other teams until resolution.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to system performance and usability.
