About the role
The AI Client Operations Specialist will manage customer interactions and business processes using AI‑enhanced tools. Training is provided, allowing you to work with cutting‑edge AI systems to deliver exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer communications through AI‑supported platforms.
- Execute business processes and workflows using AI‑driven tooling.
- Maintain high quality and accuracy in all client interactions.
- Continuously learn and adopt new AI technologies introduced by the company.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and a process‑oriented mindset.
- Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools.
- Previous experience in customer service or client operations is preferred.
