About the role
The Guest Experience Expert at Sheraton is responsible for delivering memorable and unique experiences throughout a guest’s stay. This role involves moving around the property, handling operational tasks, and ensuring every interaction feels part of the overall experience.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs and daily tasks.
- Address guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Complete reports related to guest interactions and service activities.
- Share highlights of the local area to enhance guest experiences.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
