BI Associate Consultant (Entry Level)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated BI Associate Consultant to join our team in Amman. You will support clients by designing, building, and maintaining custom Business Intelligence reports for SAP Business One environments.

Key responsibilities

• Write and optimise Transact‑SQL and HANA SQL queries, stored procedures, functions and views.
• Analyse business processes and translate data requirements into actionable reports.
• Develop client‑specific reports using Crystal Reports, Microsoft Power BI and Excel.
• Test, validate and maintain BI solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Provide on‑site or remote support for BI‑related tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or 0‑2 years of experience in a related field.
• Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL query writing.
• Familiarity with SAP Business One is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
