BIM Architect

About the role

SADDA, an award‑winning architecture and interior design firm, is looking for a full‑time BIM Architect to join its Amman office. The role involves creating and developing architectural concepts, managing projects from inception to completion, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality, client‑focused design solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed architectural drawings and BIM models for residential, commercial and interior projects.
• Coordinate with engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of structural, MEP and fit‑out systems.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and deliverables, ensuring compliance with client requirements and local regulations.
• Participate in design reviews, problem‑solving sessions and quality‑control activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation and project records within the BIM environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proven experience in architectural design projects, preferably within Jordan or the GCC region.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering innovative, high‑quality designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working within multidisciplinary teams.
