BIM Architect

About the role

SADDA is seeking a BIM Architect to join its Amman office on a full‑time basis. The role involves close collaboration with architects, engineers and project stakeholders to develop and manage BIM models throughout all project phases.

Key responsibilities

• Create, coordinate and maintain BIM models, ensuring clash detection and resolution.
• Produce accurate architectural and construction drawings from BIM data.
• Prepare, review and manage submittals and other technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, project standards and client requirements.
• Participate in design development meetings and support multidisciplinary problem‑solving.

Required profile

• Strong background in architecture with ability to translate design concepts into technical documents.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field; professional licensure is a plus.
• Knowledge of Jordanian (and preferably Saudi) building regulations.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in BIM software, specifically Revit and Navisworks.
• Experience in BIM model creation, coordination and clash detection.
• Ability to produce precise architectural and construction drawings.
• Familiarity with preparing and managing project submittals.
