Business Development Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Specialist to join our team on-site in Amman, Jordan. The role focuses on identifying business opportunities through market research, generating leads, and building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and assess potential threats.
• Generate and qualify leads, expanding the client network across target sectors.
• Engage with prospective customers, deliver tailored proposals, and support the execution of growth strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Assist in strategic planning to enhance business growth and client retention.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in lead generation and market research.
• Experience in project management, negotiation, and strategic planning (a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field preferred, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
