About the role
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead the execution of residential housing projects. The successful candidate will oversee construction activities, ensure high‑end finishing standards, and coordinate all on‑site operations.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities on residential projects.
- Manage and monitor contractors to guarantee compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and documentation to keep works on track.
- Inspect high‑end finishing works and resolve any technical issues.
- Report progress and risks to senior management.
Required profile
- Minimum 7 years of experience in construction and project execution.
- Strong background in residential housing projects.
- Proven ability to supervise site teams and manage multiple contractors.
- Excellent understanding of construction codes, specifications, and quality control.
