Clients & Markets Manager

About the role

The Clients & Markets Manager supports Relationship Partners in managing PwC's largest and most complex accounts across the Middle East. Based primarily in Jordan, the role drives account planning, knowledge capture, and pursuit lifecycle execution to deliver value for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual account planning process and establish a regular account rhythm.
• Coordinate touchpoints between internal teams and manage the full pursuit lifecycle from RFP release to post‑decision analysis.
• Capture, analyze, and redistribute market intelligence and firm knowledge.
• Monitor industry trends across Middle East markets to identify new business opportunities.
• Leverage AI tools and maintain dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Excel) for reporting and strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in account management or business development, preferably within professional services.
• Background in strategy or management consulting is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency.
• Power BI dashboarding experience.
• PowerPoint / Google Slides expertise.
• Microsoft Office and G‑Suite proficiency.
