Culinary Coordinator

About the role

The Culinary Coordinator acts as the primary point of contact for guests and internal teams, handling inquiries, reservations, and documentation within a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client questions and requests via phone and email, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
• Enter, update, and retrieve information in computer databases and point‑of‑sale systems, including reservations and guest records.
• Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software.
• Maintain office equipment, proofread and edit documents, and transmit information through mail or fax.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and uphold professional appearance and confidentiality standards.
