Junior Product & Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive and curious Junior Product & Operations Coordinator to support product development, costing, launches and day‑to‑day operational projects across multiple F&B brands and concepts. This hands‑on junior role works closely with the Head of Product & Operations, turning ideas into action through research, organization, documentation and coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain product development and launch trackers.
• Coordinate tastings, product trials, samples and follow‑ups.
• Document tasting feedback, decisions and next steps.
• Follow up with R&D, Central Kitchen, Operations, Marketing and Procurement.
• Build and update recipe costing sheets and calculate food‑cost percentages.
• Gather ingredient and packaging prices, compare supplier quotations and contact suppliers for pricing and samples.
• Support product launches and ensure key tasks are completed on time.
• Visit kitchens, branches and suppliers when needed and prepare simple reports, trackers and project summaries.

Required profile

• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Proactive with strong follow‑up abilities.
• Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets and basic numbers.
• Strong research and problem‑solving skills.
• Clear communicator able to work with different teams.
• Resourceful, independent and reliable.
• Able to juggle multiple projects and small details.
