About the role
The Customer Sales & Service Officer leads daily operations of an Emirates retail store in Jordan, ensuring a seamless and premium customer experience while driving commercial performance. You will be the on‑site decision‑maker, responsible for sales optimisation, service excellence, and team development.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day store operations, maintaining efficiency, service standards, and compliance with Emirates policies.
- Implement the store’s sales strategy, using sales tools and insights to maximise direct sales, upselling and cross‑selling of Emirates products and services.
- Lead, mentor and develop a diverse retail team, fostering motivation, engagement and continuous performance improvement.
- Ensure brand image, uniform standards and store presentation consistently reflect Emirates’ identity.
- Act as the final escalation point for customer concerns, resolving issues promptly while upholding service integrity.
- Monitor and analyse store performance, customer insights and operational trends to refine sales and service strategies.
- Maintain strict compliance with financial controls, regulatory requirements and accountable document management.
Required profile
- Graduate in business, hospitality or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years experience in luxury retail, hospitality or store leadership.
- Proven ability to inspire, develop and lead diverse teams.
- Strong understanding of digital retail tools, CRM systems and analytics.
- Experience in airline sales or contact‑centre environments.
- Legal right to live and work in Jordan.
