About the role
We are seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to make outbound calls to Australian prospects and book qualified appointments for our sales team. As the first point of contact, you will spark interest, qualify leads, and set the stage for our sales representatives to close deals.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects and leads to generate interest.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria before booking.
- Schedule appointments on the sales team’s calendar.
- Accurately log call outcomes and lead details in the CRM.
- Follow up with prospects who do not book on the first call.
- Meet daily and weekly appointment‑setting targets.
- Follow scripts and objection‑handling guidelines while sounding natural and engaging.
Required profile
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Available for night‑shift work.
- Strong communication skills and a motivated attitude.
- Ability to work on‑site in Amman.
Required skills
- CRM usage.
