About the role
We are seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to engage Australian prospects through outbound calls and secure qualified appointments for our sales team. As the first point of contact, you will generate interest, qualify leads and set the stage for our sales representatives to close deals.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to Australian prospects during night‑shift hours.
- Spark interest in our products/services and qualify leads.
- Schedule and confirm qualified appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update prospect information.
Required profile
- English proficiency at B2 (Upper‑Intermediate) level or higher.
- Prior experience in a call centre, telesales or appointment‑setting role is preferred.
- Willingness to work night‑shift hours (02:00 – 10:00 GMT+3).
- Confident phone manner with strong persuasion abilities.
