Premium Guest Experience Specialist

About the role

Extensya is assembling a dedicated team of Premium Guest Experience Specialists to serve a leading international client. Based in Amman, you will represent a high‑end, global brand and ensure every guest interaction feels truly premium.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound guest inquiries with confidence and professionalism.
• Own complex requests from start to resolution, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Deliver accurate information and solutions in both Arabic and English.
• Maintain a clear, courteous, and premium tone of voice throughout all communications.
• Document interactions and follow internal procedures to meet service standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a contact centre or customer‑service environment.
• Fluent Arabic and strong spoken English (C1 level or higher).
• Clear, confident, and professional voice.
• Strong ownership, empathy, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage demanding, high‑value guests professionally.

Required skills

• Excellent listening and communication skills.
