Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join Nexttec Technology Outsourcing on a full-time basis. In this role you will turn large data sets into actionable insights that support business decisions and improve operations.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean and analyse large datasets to uncover trends and patterns.
• Develop and maintain data models and databases for efficient storage and retrieval.
• Create interactive visualisations and dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data quality.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to support various initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Required skills

• SQL and experience with database management systems.
• Tableau or Power BI for data visualisation.
