Data Analytics & Quality Specialist

About the role

Join SITA, a global leader in air transport technology, as a Data Analytics & Quality Specialist. You will work with ITSM, quality, and operational data to drive insights, improve data accuracy, and support continuous service improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse ITSM, quality, customer and operational data.
• Develop Power BI and Excel reports and dashboards.
• Use Python and R to identify trends, risks and anomalies.
• Monitor and improve data accuracy and consistency.
• Define KPIs, data sources and reporting requirements.
• Conduct ITSM audits and data‑quality reviews, track findings and corrective actions.

Required profile

• University degree or diploma in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Statistics or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, data quality, QA, service improvement or ITSM.
• Certification or training in Power BI, Excel, Python, R, SQL or data visualisation is a plus.
• ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, Quality Management or Service Management certification is an advantage.
