Fitout Projects Engineer

About the role

The Fitout Projects Engineer will lead interior and building fit‑out projects from initial planning through execution and handover. This full‑time, on‑site position in Amman requires close coordination with clients, consultants and subcontractors to deliver high‑quality fit‑out solutions on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule project activities, allocate resources and monitor progress on site.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications and documentation, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and suppliers, supporting procurement of materials and services.
• Supervise installation and finishing works, conduct quality checks and resolve technical issues.
• Produce progress reports and updates for stakeholders.
• Assist with cost control, scheduling and enforce health and safety standards on site.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• Hands‑on experience in interior fit‑out, construction or contracting projects, preferably commercial or residential.
• Strong project management and planning abilities, including scheduling, resource coordination and cost awareness.
• Solid knowledge of electrical engineering as it applies to building services and fit‑out installations.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with clients, consultants, site teams and suppliers.
