About the role

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Hostess to join our Guest Service Support team at our Marriott property in Amman. As the first point of contact for guests, you will help create memorable experiences by ensuring smooth food and beverage operations.

Key responsibilities

Set and arrange tables, greet guests and manage seating.
Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks and replenish supplies.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including floor and equipment.
Handle menu items, verify information and support guests with inquiries.
Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted and up to 50 lb with assistance, moving, pushing, pulling and carrying items.
Follow safety, quality and uniform standards at all times.

Required profile

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
No prior work experience required; experience in food‑and‑beverage is a plus.
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and navigate uneven surfaces.
Willingness to work full‑time in an on‑site hospitality environment.
