Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

The Housekeeping Attendant joins the Guest Environment Expert team at The Ritz‑Carlton in Amman. You will help create memorable guest experiences by maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and public areas throughout the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, ensuring beds are made, linens are fresh, and amenities are stocked.
• Maintain public spaces, corridors, and service areas to the brand’s Gold Standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, delivering items and services as needed.
• Stock housekeeping carts and manage inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines at all times.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Capability to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Professional appearance, uniform compliance, and clear communication.
• Commitment to a safe workplace and adherence to quality standards.
