Huawei Cloud Stack (HCS) Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Specialist to manage and support Huawei Cloud Stack (HCS) in a private on‑premises environment. The role ensures high availability, performance and compliance of compute, storage, networking and platform services for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Huawei Cloud Stack Online (HCSO) infrastructure.
• Provide support for Elastic Cloud Servers (ECS), Cloud Container Engine (CCE) nodes and Huawei Virtualization Services including compute, big data, storage, security and networking.
• Support Database Services and PaaS offerings such as ROMA, Cloud Trace, DCS, etc.
• Monitor and optimise resource utilisation and performance.
• Implement security controls and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues across all services.
• Collaborate with architecture and governance teams for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 7+ years of cloud infrastructure operations experience, including at least 4 years with Huawei Cloud Stack.
• Relevant certifications such as Huawei Certified ICT Expert (HCIE) – Cloud Service or equivalent.
