Insurance Sales Agent – Jordan

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Insurance Sales Agent to join our team in Jordan. You will be responsible for driving new business, nurturing client relationships, and delivering high‑quality service in a fast‑paced insurance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Generate business and achieve sales targets using professional sales techniques.
• Identify new business opportunities and prospect potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client requirements with internal departments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Economics, Insurance or a related field (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.
• Excellent communication and selling skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Knowledge of insurance is a plus.
• Proactive and self‑motivated attitude.
