Investigations Division Intern – Reporting & Data Management

About the role

The DIOS Investigations Division at UNRWA is looking for an intern to support reporting, data management and intake processes. This position offers hands‑on experience in a United Nations oversight environment, helping to organise and present information used for investigative case monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update intake, case‑tracking and reporting tools.
• Review, organise and consolidate intake‑related documentation.
• Prepare statistical summaries, tables, dashboards and briefing notes.
• Conduct data quality checks for consistency, completeness and accuracy.
• Arrange documents and records in line with confidentiality and record‑keeping standards.
• Provide additional administrative and analytical support as required.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a relevant academic programme or recent graduate.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Good organisational skills and ability to work under guidance of senior staff.
