Junior Account Manager

About the role

We’re looking for a motivated Junior Account Manager to help us retain and grow existing SaaS accounts in the higher education sector. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, deepen client relationships, and collaborate with colleagues across marketing, sales engineering, and other teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and account plans for clients.
• Drive outbound activity through cold calls, networking, and inbound leads while building relationships with C‑level executives and key decision‑makers.
• Conduct virtual and live product demonstrations, negotiate multi‑year agreements, and close both quick‑win and complex sales cycles.
• Partner with marketing and pre‑sales teams to assess client needs and tailor solutions.
• Consistently exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals using a solution‑oriented sales approach.
• Continuously develop product knowledge and stay up to date on industry trends, client needs, and competitive insights.
• Represent Explorance at marketing events, webinars, and trade shows to build awareness and generate leads.

Required profile

• 1+ years of SaaS sales experience with a proven track record in account management, up‑selling/cross‑selling, and meeting sales quotas.
• Demonstrated ability to create and execute measurable territory sales plans.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and driven to achieve results in a fast‑paced environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to present technical concepts clearly.
• Strong account management skills and experience developing executive‑level relationships.
• Confidence to make sound decisions and thrive in dynamic environments.
• BA/BSc degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
