About the role

The Logistician will support Trace Systems’ defense logistics operations in Amman, Jordan, managing the full life‑cycle of equipment and spare parts. This role ensures timely maintenance, warranty tracking, and compliance with export regulations while supporting mission‑critical deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Execute logistics program activities from concept through product life‑cycle, including ILS, technical documentation, RAM, and provisioning.
• Track maintenance, warranty repairs, and manage on‑hand spare government‑furnished equipment (GFE) inventory.
• Handle packaging, commercial shipping, and customs clearance for military and COTS equipment.
• Maintain repair activity tracking via RMA tracker and provide status updates.
• Monitor equipment asset tracking and warranty status.
• Travel OCONUS as needed to support mission requirements (10% or more).

Required profile

• Active US Government Secret clearance and US citizenship.
• Minimum four years of logistics‑related experience.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent military experience, or a Certified Professional Logistician (CPL) with additional experience.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using trouble‑ticketing systems.
• Experience with inventory management software.
• Familiarity with ITAR and EAR regulations.
• Knowledge of international customs clearance procedures.
