Mid-Level Architect

About the role

We are looking for a talented Mid‑Level Architect to join our team and contribute to high‑end residential and commercial projects. The role blends strong design sensibility with technical precision, ensuring every project is delivered with premium quality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concepts into accurate 2D drawings, 3D models and comprehensive technical documentation.
• Produce detailed Design Development and Construction Document packages.
• Create thoughtful floor plans that prioritize flow, functionality and architectural detail.
• Assist in selecting premium finishes, materials and custom millwork.
• Coordinate with senior architects, engineers, consultants and suppliers.
• Refine designs based on technical requirements and site conditions.
• Ensure all drawings, presentations and project documentation are produced in English.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of professional architectural experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Experience with high‑end residential or commercial projects (preferred).
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Excellent attention to detail, adaptability and strong design sensibility.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
