About the role
The Multi Property Executive Chef will lead culinary operations for Al Manara Luxury Collection Hotel, Saraya Aqaba, and The Westin Saraya Aqaba Resort & Spa. This senior position oversees all kitchen activities, ensuring high‑quality food service across banquets, restaurants, room service, bars, and employee cafeterias.
Key responsibilities
- Direct daily kitchen operations across multiple hotel properties.
- Supervise and develop kitchen staff, including cooks, dishroom, and purchasing teams.
- Maintain consistent food quality, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Manage menu creation, food preparation, and service for all outlets.
- Control purchasing, receiving, and inventory processes.
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control.
- Implement new cooking techniques and equipment training.
Required profile
- High school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of culinary experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Culinary Arts/Hotel Management with at least 4 years of experience.
- Proven leadership and team‑building abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to guest satisfaction and employee development.
