Operations Executive

About the role

Jeeny is looking for an Operations Executive to lead the growth of its B2B fleet across the Middle East. You will be responsible for onboarding and training operations teams, dispatchers and drivers, while working closely with sales, product and finance to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous account expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast demand and plan driver supply, fleet allocation, shift structures and operational coverage to meet service level targets.
• Support the B2B Operations team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on execution, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Conduct onboarding and ongoing training for operations teams, dispatchers and drivers on processes, service standards and SOP compliance.
• Perform regular quality audits, spot checks and ensure accurate customer account configurations, ride scheduling, pricing and service availability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Driver Operations, Product, Customer Support and Finance to guarantee successful onboarding and sustained account growth.
• Track and analyse KPIs, prepare performance reports, identify trends and recommend data-driven initiatives to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Coordinate with fleet partners and drivers to maintain vehicle availability, compliance with standards and consistent service quality.
• Lead the end-to-end hiring process for the B2B Operations team, including interviewing, onboarding and performance management.

Required profile

• 2-4 years of experience in mobility, ride-hailing, logistics, transportation or B2B operations.
• Fluent English; Arabic highly preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret operational data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proven leadership skills with a solution-oriented approach to managing teams.
• Comfortable using operational dashboards, Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
