About the role

The Eye Medical Center is looking for a Patient Accounts Officer to join its reception team. This position blends direct patient interaction with core financial and accounting duties, ensuring accurate billing and smooth financial operations within a healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle patient billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
• Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts daily.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to verify services rendered and resolve billing inquiries.
• Prepare regular financial reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and medical billing standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional accounting experience.
• Prior experience in the medical or healthcare sector is preferred.
• Fluent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to work effectively within a team‑oriented environment.
