Performance & Quality Assurance Lead

About the role

Vyltic is building a unified performance system that measures every department, role, and employee across the company. As the Performance & Quality Assurance Lead, you will transform fragmented scoring, KPI tracking, and quality reviews into a single, scalable framework that drives culture, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate existing operating‑rules scoring, quality‑review processes, KPIs and SOPs into one integrated performance platform.
• Design and maintain weekly and monthly scorecards for individuals and departments, linking results to internal policies and consequences.
• Develop a recognition system that rewards high performers based on merit rather than seniority.
• Extend performance measurement and quality standards from Customer Operations to all functions.
• Identify friction points, implement iterative improvements, and ensure rapid, data‑driven decision making.
• Create dashboards and tooling that provide near‑automatic visibility of compliance, efficiency, and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience building measurement, KPI, SOP, or quality‑assurance systems in a fast‑growing organization.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Track record of fostering a performance‑oriented culture and implementing fair, transparent evaluation processes.
• Excellent communication skills to align cross‑functional teams around shared standards.

Required skills

• Experience with performance‑management frameworks and scorecard design.
• Ability to design and implement dashboards or reporting tools.
• Knowledge of KPI definition, tracking, and continuous improvement methodologies.
