Project Architect

About the role

Egis is seeking a Project Architect to join its Middle‑East design team. The role involves steering architectural design from concept through construction documentation, ensuring high‑quality deliverables that meet client expectations and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project design activities from early‑stage concepts to detailed construction documents.
• Adhere to project deadlines and maintain design quality standards under the guidance of the Senior Architect or Design Manager.
• Prepare and manage design delivery plans, design management plans, presentations, drawings and reports.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (civil, structural, MEP, interior design, landscape, etc.) to coordinate design solutions.
• Review code compliance, select materials and systems, and ensure technical feasibility of designs.
• Produce and maintain BIM models, guaranteeing BIM quality in partnership with the BIM Coordinator/Manager.
• Communicate with clients, consultants and contractors to manage expectations and drive project success.

Required profile

• Architectural background with experience in project design and documentation.
• Ability to work under the guidance of senior design leaders while providing technical support to design teams.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with stakeholders across disciplines.

Required skills

• BIM modeling and BIM quality management.
• Design coordination across architecture, civil, structural, MEP and other specialties.
• Code compliance review and material/system selection.
