Project Coordinator

About the role

Stone Creation is looking for a highly organized, detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to manage projects from contract signing through final installation. The role is fully remote and serves as the main communication hub between customers, sales, production, scheduling, and installation teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate each project from signed contract to installation, reviewing contracts, drawings and fabrication packets for completeness.
• Schedule and oversee templating, programming, fabrication, delivery and installation activities.
• Maintain regular communication with customers on milestones, schedules and expectations.
• Act as the primary liaison among Sales, Production, Programming, Fabrication, Installation and customers.
• Track progress, identify potential delays and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Ensure all approvals, change orders and documentation are secured before production begins.
• Manage material availability with suppliers and internal inventory.
• Update project information in ClickUp, JobTread, CRM and other company software.
• Prepare and distribute work orders, fabrication packets, installation schedules and internal updates.
• Assist with warranty requests, punch‑list items and post‑installation follow‑up.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of project coordination, construction coordination or related administrative experience.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a dedicated professional home office.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday during U.S. Pacific Time business hours.
