Project Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and well‑organized Project Coordinator to support the delivery of engineering and construction projects. The role works closely with Project Managers, design teams, consultants and contractors to ensure clear communication, accurate documentation and timely follow‑up throughout all project phases.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in daily coordination and management of assigned projects.
• Facilitate communication between architectural, structural, MEP and other engineering disciplines.
• Track project deliverables, submissions, approvals and outstanding actions.
• Monitor schedules, milestones and deadlines, providing regular status updates.
• Prepare and maintain project trackers, action lists, correspondence logs and documentation records.
• Organise coordination meetings, record minutes and follow‑up on action items.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and sub‑consultants to ensure smooth information flow.
• Review and track drawings, technical submissions, RFIs, material submittals and other project documents.
• Identify coordination issues and work with responsible teams to resolve them promptly.
• Support the preparation of progress reports, presentations and management updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, design coordination or construction consultancy.
• Strong understanding of architectural and engineering drawings and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Excellent organizational, follow‑up and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
