Project Manager – In‑Line Inspection Projects

About the role

PIPECARE Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead in‑line inspection projects for its Middle East operations, based in Jordan. The role involves overseeing EPC and oil & gas service projects from planning through to successful delivery, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans, schedules, resource allocations and budgets.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and milestones.
• Monitor progress, implement corrective actions and ensure projects meet cost, schedule and quality targets.
• Serve as primary client contact, maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide regular updates.
• Manage contracts, purchase orders, change orders, invoicing and cash‑flow forecasting.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, maintain risk registers and escalate critical issues.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, inspection and commissioning activities.
• Oversee procurement and subcontractor performance to ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing EPC and oil & gas service projects.
• Strong ability to control budgets, schedules and quality standards.
• Excellent client and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of contractual, commercial and regulatory requirements.
• Effective risk identification and mitigation capabilities.
