Project Performance Engineer

About the role

Egis is seeking a detail‑oriented Project Performance Engineer to support project setup, financial tracking, and invoicing within its engineering consultancy environment. The role works closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate financial and operational performance across design and supervision projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and manage project‑related data, including codes, financial records, and resource information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support invoicing, cost tracking, and collections in line with contract terms.
• Liaise with Finance to ensure proper revenue tracking and compliance with financial procedures.
• Assist in operational project setup activities such as code creation, budget allocation, and tracking contractual variations.
• Generate and analyse reports on project performance, reconciliation, invoicing status, cost tracking and operational KPIs for management review.
• Identify inefficiencies and provide data‑driven analysis to support decision‑making.
• Prepare documentation and evidence for audits, ensuring traceability of project and financial data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, engineering consultancy, or finance‑related roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce process discipline.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
